Description (partial)

Symptom:
In rare cases, a Firepower 9300 device running the 2/4x100G network module (FPR-NM-4X100G= or FPR-NM-2X100G= ) may experience traffic being blackholed through one or more member interfaces of a port-channel.

Conditions:
1. Must be running the FPR9K-NM-2X100G or FPR9K-NM-4X100G NetMods in both slots on a Firepower 9300 platform.
2. Must have a port-channel with members from both slots.
3. Must have a sequence of interface up/down events in the following order: slot x members down, slot y members down, slot x members up, slot y members up.
