Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Any time an intersite l3out is deployed to a border border leaf remote IP learning of endpoints should automatically get disabled. Remote IP learning is getting reenabled after a BL is clean reloaded.

Conditions:
-Configure an intersite l3out
-Verify that on the BL the unicastXrEpLearnDisable attribute of topSystem is set to "yes"
a-leaf205# moquery -c topSystem | grep unicastXrEpLearnDisable
unicastXrEpLearnDisable : yes

-Clean reload the border leaf by running "acidiag touch clean" and then "reload".

Once the BL comes back up unicastXrEpLearnDisable will be set to "no".
