Description (partial)

Symptom:
++ When manually deleting fault for 'Portgroup Forged Transmits security policy has been changed on external VMM controller' and conditions are still met, fault is not re-triggered

Conditions:
++ Changed vCenter Port-Group to have Forged Transmits 'Accept' from 'Reject'
++ Fault is raised on APIC as expected
++ Deleted fault using manual method
++ Fault is cleared from APIC
++ Manually triggered sync of VMM domain
++ Fault is not raised
++ Change port-group to have MAC Address Changes 'Accept' from 'Reject'
++ Fault is raised for both Forged Transmits and MAC Address Changes at this point
++ Change port-group to have MAC Address Changes 'Reject' from 'Accept'
++ Fault for MAC Address Changes is gone, but fault for Forged Transmit is still raised
