Cisco Bug: CSCvu84947 - Hyperflex Intersight deployment fails with "Errors found during Deployment", but no errors/failures

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When attempting to deploy a new Hyperflex cluster via Intersight, the following error is returned with no obvious errors or failures: Errors found during deployment Conditions: Attempting to deploy a Hyperflex cluster on 4.0(2b) via Intersight. The most recent action under each node is the following: 'Deploying Storage Controller VM on ESXi Host: Synchronize Time on ESX' The SCVM would not get deployed and If 'Retry' is attempted, the deployment will immediately fail again with no obvious change and pops-up an error stating 'Cannot execute the request due to an error. Retry later.' Additional scenarios that you may encounter when you run into this issue: Scenario-A. Aborting and starting over with 4.0.2b can bring you to 62% and get stuck at 'PostInstall Hypervisor Configuration' step on one node(s), however no SCVMs would be deployed, plus, you'd also see 'Deploying Storage Controller VM on ESXi Host: Synchronize Time on ESX' an another HX node (basically, inconsistent behavior). Scenario-B: Install will fail again, but at a different point than above and will get stuck at ?Installing Software Packages on Storage Controller VM? step and can fail with ?Unknown error occurred.? However, SCVMs would be deployed this time.
