Cisco Bug: CSCvu84567 - EPNM4.1: Reports with VD gets wrong data from global VD when scheduling enabled

Description (partial)

Symptom:
In EPNM 4.1 I106B build 463 and I107 build 487, I see a problem that below reports show wrong export result with VD 

This happens on all the reports

Steps
1) Login EPNM 4.1 I106B or I107
2) Go to Reports / Scheduled Run Results, as you can see there are lots of reports show ?Report ran successfully and the run result has no data?,  but let’s click one to open to run and see the data, like ?Bottom Device CPU Utilization_1hr_vdtest"
3) After opening, click Run then you will see the report data well below, so it’s a problem that why shows the msg Report ran successfully and the run result has no data when DB has data

Conditions:
In EPNM 4.1 I106B build 463 and I107 build 487, I see a problem that in Reports / Scheduled Run Results, most of the reports with VD enabled shows: Report ran successfully and the run result has no data,  but they exactly have data in DB
