Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Email Security Appliance

Known Affected Releases

12.0.0-420

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The current Spam Notification quarantine settings allow an administrator to modify the contents of the spam notification message sent to end users. However, administrators are limited by which variables they can use in the message. They can only select from the below variables:

-New Message Count
-Total Message Count
-Days Until Message Expires
-Quarantine URL
-Username
-New Message Table
-New Message Table without Subject

This enhancement request is for giving administrators the ability to create their own variables and use them in the spam notification sent to end users.

Conditions:
Navigating to Monitor > Spam Quarantine > clicking on the 'Spam Quarantine' hyperlink, and scrolling down to the 'Spam Notification' section
