Symptom:
Seen on ASA 9.8(4)10 and 9.8(4)20

Customers conifuration was set with no version specified.

snmp-server host INSIDE [IP of SNMP server] poll community [community]

Polled the firewall with version 2c once every 60 seconds caused memory leak.

Conditions:
ASA 9.8(4)10 or 9.8(4)20 and SNMP configured with no version specified

1)      Firewall running software between 9.8(4)10 and 9.8(4)20

2)      Save a configuration to startup-config with an snmp configuration that does not specify SNMP version

snmp-server host INSIDE [IP of SNMP server] poll community [community]

3)      Reload firewall

4)      Poll the firewall with the attached SNMP OIDs with version 2c once every 60 seconds

5)      You will see the slow memory leak over time
