Description (partial)

Symptom:
Before executing the script, sipmessage looks like this
Allow: INVITE, OPTIONS, INFO, BYE, CANCEL, ACK, PRACK, UPDATE, REFER, SUBSCRIBE, NOTIFY

After executing LUA sript, Allow header contains unrecongnized method (CANCBYE)
Allow: INVITE, , CANCBYE, CANCEL, ACK, PRACK, UPDATE, REFER, SUBSCRIBE, NOTIFY. <—— bad format

Conditions:
Just need to have a lua script associated to the trunk which modifies the allow header and the issue happens for cucm version 12.5 and above
