Description (partial)

Symptom:
User not able to login into secureX Ribbon / Casebook.

Conditions:
If user already logged into secureX Ribbon by using ClientID/Secrets and after that he deletes the same credentials from CTR/secureX portal.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
