Description (partial)

Symptom:
When SRTE policies coming Down, BGP VPNv4 routes need to update accordingly to the normal OSPF path. BGP nexthop-tracking delay is counted even though the actual next-hop (BGP peer) is unchanged. This impacts network convergence.

Conditions:
SRTE policies become Down. BGP VPNv4 routes need to update accordingly to the normal OSPF path.
