Symptom: WxCC Analyzer reports are showing N/A when using the "Reason" code to determine an agents logout reason. In previous versions (IE V9 and V10) this data would populate with a reason code for an agent logout. Conditions: Any ASR/AAR report within Analyzer that is trying to to use the "Reason" metric will display N/A instead of the actual reason for an agents logout.
