Symptom:
When running anyconnect v4.0.10159 in the Chromebook v83.0.4103.77, customer is experiencing first attempt anyconnect connection issues with the "Unknown network error" error message.

Customer needs to try a second or third AC connection attempt before getting properly connected using the chrome anyconnect.

Conditions:
Anyconnect v4.0.10159 installed in Chromebook v83.0.4103.77
