Symptom:
The L2ACLRedirect Gold diagnostics may fail for a Cisco Nexus 9732C-EX line card.
The Cisco Nexus 9500 platform switch reports the following in the log:

2020 May 16 05:27:00.323 %MODULE-4-MOD_WARNING: Module 2 (Serial number: FOC2413300R) reported warning due to Loopback test failed. Packets lost on the SUP in the receive direction in device DEV_SUPERVISOR_CTRL (device error 0x41830059)
