Symptom: Lower rank user can able to change higher rank users password via BAT Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - User Management - User settings - User rank - Create a rank2 user Go to End users - Create a rank2 user with super user access control. Now login with created end user - Go to BAT - Users - Update users - Rank2 user can able to update rank1 user successfully. Same behavior is seen in users - Reset pin/password page.
