Symptom: On the customer session Report, Value of Agent End Point (Agent DN) shows N/A. This behavior is seen on WxCC tenants. Conditions: Agent DN is not present in the CSR report in WxCC tenants. Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a Customer Session Report in Visualization in WxCC tenant. 2. Add a profile variable Value of Agent Endpoint and the rest of the variable required. 3. All shows up result but not the Agent DN. Note: Agent name doesn't show if queue is set to Capacity Based Team.
