Description (partial)

Symptom:
Some devices managed by EPNM lost their parameters like IP address, SNMP credentials and telnet/SSH credentials, which resulted in effected devices failing inventory collection, and most often, failing to be able to be deleted.

Conditions:
EPNM upgraded from 3.1.3 to 4.0 (Inline Upgrade) and then backup from 3.1.3 is restored on the EPNM 4.0
