Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer's may experience an APD Event or outage due to a storage array not responding to the "Report LUN" command after FC PRLI (Process Login).

Conditions:
Customer must be using the Cisco NFNIC Driver. 
Currently up to version 4.0.0.52 will be impacted by this.

This can impact any firmware compatible with a version of ESXi that requires the use of the NFNIC Driver.

This behavior has been seen with IBM Storwize software stack products.
