Symptom:
While in a meeting and one of the participants disappear from my screen on my on-prem registered while user was active speaker.
User was present on the call, however, could not be see (participants in the Webex meeting client could see the user).

Conditions:
This situation was detected for on-prem device
Endpoint configured with layout N+1
