Description (partial)

Symptom:
mibd_entity process on Cisco ASR9000 routers running IOS-XR Release 7.1.15 may cause memory leaks. Memory held by the process keeps increasing over time if SNMP polling is done continuously.

Conditions:
Continuous mib walk can trigger this issue. 

The leak is specifically caused by this MIB under mibd_entity process:
ciscoSelectiveVrfDownloadMIB - 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.775  
Every iteration causes about 19KB leak.
Polling for prolonged duration can result in large amount of memory leak in mibd_entity process.
