Description (partial)

Symptom:
ISIS Level-1 routes do not populate on the connecting Level-2 only device if explicit configuration is not added to the Level-1/Level-2 Nexus device, which is different from other IOS/XR devices.

Conditions:
If there is a Nexus switch acting as a ISIS Level-1/Level-2 device connecting downstream Level-1 only devices to an upstream Level-2 only device the Level-1 routes will not populate on the the Level-2 only device if explicit configuration is not added, which is different from other IOS/XR devices.
