Cisco Bug: CSCvu80247 - Webdialer is broken both via URL and Selfcare Portal

Symptom: Webdialer is broken via URL method; From Selfcare Portal- post logout from active session- cannot login again and same issue is seen. Conditions: Issue1: 1)Login to CCMAdmin. 2)Create an End user via User Management; Associate Phone of any type and make sure Voice Mail Profile is configured. 3)Login to Webdialer App via conventional URL.. https://x.x.x.x/webdialer/Webdialer.In the splash/welcome screen..provide the login credentials and click on Submit button. This results in-- HTTP 404 error. Issue2: 1)Login to Selfcare Portal. 2)Access voicemail tab and click on "Dial Voicemail Preferences IVR" 3)The above action results/leads to selecting a line associated with Voice Mail Profile. Click on Logout icon. Login again by providing login credentials. This results in same error mentioned above.
