Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer is seeing P2_TEMP_SENS alarms on one of the ESXi 6.5 hosts which is B200 M4 in this case (there are similar hosts as well reporting the same issue)

As per Vmware, the ESXi software is directly polling the IPMI sensors of the BMC and interpreting UNC threshold events as something that needs to be alerted to the customer despite UNC thresholds being configured to not generate any events (the typical method of notifying end users of an issue).
