Description (partial)

Catalyst 9300 or 9400 may crash during an OIR event of a POE linecard while ilpower debugs are enabled.
OIR can be a physical reseat of the card or running "hw-module subslot X/0 oir power-cycle force"

Crashinfo file will be created with logs similar to these:

This is a timing issue and can happen on either 9300/9400 (any switch/LC)
