Description (partial)

Symptom:
defensive enhancement filed to drop ARP with invalid op-code received by the CPU when VTEP is configured with the unsupported condition listed below (L2 ARP Suppression VLANs)

Conditions:
unsupported configuration: 
VTEP configured with 'suppress-arp' for L2 VNI of VLANs that do not have a proper host Gateway SVI.
