Description (partial)

A Cisco Nexus 9000 Series switch with RJ-45 copper ports may be unable to disable auto-negotiation by entering the `no negotiate auto` command when the port speed is set to 100 Mb. Auto-negotiation is mandatory for RJ-45 ports when the speed is set to 1/10G, but should be optional when the speed is set to 100 Mb.
