Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco DNA Center 1.3.3.4 may not clean up all entries from the database when a managed device is deleted.  When this device is readded, and provisioning is attempted, the provisioning may fail with the error, "NCSP10237: Provisioning failed during workflow step spf.cfsTranslatorTaskAdapter due to null."

Conditions:
This was observed in Cisco DNA Center 1.3.3.4, in a scenario where at least one device was deleted and readded.
