Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Agents intermittently receive an additional call while on an existing inbound or outbound call. From logs we noticed additional available state shows up, while the agent on the call. Conditions: The issue happens with agents who use Salesfoce integrated Agent Desktop and with the agents who use standard Agent Desktop.
