Symptom: As per RFC 3315 for User Class we will have Option number, Length followed by User-data. Basically it’s like single data only but inside the user-class-data it may have one or more instances. Conditions: When device is sending multiple values for the option user-class and the value which needs to be validated is not present in the order first in the sequence. Then those values won't be validated.
