Description (partial)

Post Config Restore with 2.6 backup on 3.0 node, Observed AppServer is not running state. Also observed " *lock " files present in /tmp folder post restore indicating Restore process did not exit correctly, resulting in UI not accessible and App Server in not running state and Certificates are not properly updated in NSS DB.

Can occur if host id's in the backed up config file are are matching with HostId's available in target system
