Description (partial)

Symptom:
BGP prefixes may fail to be installed into the routing table due to code 13 "Mallocfail - subnet ndb", RIB-failure(13). These prefixes can be seen with the output of show bgp [address-family] [sub address-family] rib-failure.

Conditions:
The problem has been observed with BGP multipath for IPv4 unicast VRF routes.
