Cisco Bug: CSCvu75673 - Unable to select ACG at quick user/phone add page at certain condition

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Unable to select ACG at quick user/phone add page at certain condition Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - User Management 1. User Settings - USer rank - Create a user rank2 2. User Settings - Access control group - Add new - Enter name and select the rank2 - Save 3. Go to end user - Add new - Create an end user with user rank2 and associate the created ACG with it. 4. Go to Quick user add/ phone - Click on find - Click on the created end user name . Now change the user rank2 to user rank1 - Save it. Click on the + symbol in the "User is a member of:" It lists only rank2 users ACG lists instead of listing rank1 user ACG lists. Have attached snapshot. It works fine in the end user config page.
