Symptom:
In WebEx Contact Center Portal, Upon using the reset password option for the user, the system generated password reset email is not received in recipient's mailbox

Conditions:
In  WebEx Contact Center under Portal, Option to "Password Reset" is not working.
The system generated password reset email is not received  in recipient's mailbox
This is caused due to SMTP failure on the email server
