Cisco Bug: CSCvu74510 - EPNM4.1 and 5.0 Reports: SFTP Setting in Report can't be saved

Description (partial)

Symptom:
In EPNM 4.1 I106 and 5.0 I106 build 401, When I enable Report Scheduling and set Destination to SFTP, click Run and Save, Save or Save and Export, I can see results in SFTP server but after that, EPNM report will set the Destination back to File, instead of Sftp, which is a problem.

Conditions:
