Description (partial)

Symptom:
In EPNM 4.1 I106A build 449 and 5.0 I106 build 401, we see a tricky problem that in CE Performance / Interface Top N / Interface Top N In Traffic, when choose Reporting Period From 06/20/2020 01:50Pm to 06/21/2020 01:50pm ->Run then see an error that Failed to run report Unable to retrieve data for Interface Top N In Traffic
But not happen when choosing like last 1 hour, last 1 day or from to the other time period.
