Description (partial)

Symptom:
User A will be on Call A in office from an inbound call, using a Plantronics Savi 700 series headset. A new call (Call B) comes into the office Hunt Pilot. It rings on all phones in office, including User A's phone (unique DN's, not shared lines). User B answers the call on their phone without issue, however the call that User A is on drops the headset's Computer connection, the LED on the base flashes red. If User C was on an outbound call, that call is fine and does not drop.
