Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Customer Username not currently associated to specified company within Smart Call Home portal. Add User functionality resolves the appropriate company and contract detail, but after submitting the required input and hitting 'Add' no effect is apparent. Conditions: Smart Call Home user not currently registered to specified company.
