Description (partial)

Symptom:
PTP event messages with UDP source not equal to UDP Port 319 are dropped by Cat9k switches.
Therefore, devices cannot synchronise with the GMC.
According to IEEE 1588, only the UDP destination port of an event message needs to be 319.

Conditions:
3rd party Evertz device is used as GMC in a network with PTP clocking. 
These 3rd party Evertz devices does not offer any configuration options to set the UDP source port to 319.
