Cisco Bug: CSCvu72946 - [ENH] create a new type of Scheduled Reports called Detailed Incoming Mail

Last Modified

Jun 29, 2020

Products (1)

  • Cisco Content Security Management Appliance

Known Affected Releases

13.0.0-249

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Scheduled Report in CSV format only provides Summary Report. So the total amount of threats (per threat) and Top 10 domains
but those data is not linked, so Global Security can’t combine those data to see which threat is triggered by which domain.

It is possible to get this data, but only via a manual way via the Content Security Manager.
Email, Reporting, Incoming Mail: Domains
- Time Range: Yesterday
It will show a web page with the Top Senders by Total Threat Messages and when you click on a domain you will be redirected to a web page called Sender Profile: <domain>
On this page you can see which threat was triggered for this domain
But this is a manual process and Global Security wants to have a scheduled report providing this information on Daily bases to have a better overview
which threats by which domain.

Conditions:
-An option to create above report via a scheduled report in CSV format
-An extra type in the Scheduled Report called Incoming Mail Detailed
-to have a scheduled CSV report which will give me the TOP 10 domains with the threats which has been triggered (without clicking on a domain).
