Description (partial)

Symptom:
Regional cluster may fail to pull DHCP Failover or DNS HA pair created on local clusters. Instead it will display below information:

<PRE>
Replica CCMFailoverPair 'fo-pair' with attribute values main = 'OID-00:00:00:00:00:00:00:05', main-server = '', main-ip6address = 2001:DB8::10' cannot be mapped to CCM, and will be ignored.
</PRE>

Conditions:
If local clusters are configured to use only IPv6 addresses (i.e. no IPv4 addresses on cluster).
