Description (partial)

Symptom:
BGP neighborships fail after Next Hop device(through which the BGP peers are reachable) goes through a failover

Conditions:
Nexus 9k running 9.3(3), 9.3(4)
BGP neighborships are formed from VRF Default and non-default VRF 
NH to reach the BGP neighbors goes through a failover(from active to Standby) and the Standby's ARP packets are from a different Source MAC
