Symptom:
Jabber VDI documentation should be updated for Selective Call Recording case.
Here's overview of the problem.

So far documentation for VDI mandates following role to be applied to enduser: Standard CTI Enabled

In case administrator decides to configure Selective Call Recording feature for Jabber VDI - that will not work.
When selective recording triggered Jabber HVD (server side) sends CALL_START_RECORDING_REQUEST to CTIManager, and CUCM should initiate recording.
 
Having only Standard CTI Enabled role is not enough to start recording via CTI interface.
That request will be denied by CTIManager with following reason - result:8ccc009d  / CTIERR_OPERATION_NOT_ALLOWED

Following role must be added to enduser:
Standard CTI Allow Call Recording
Standard CTI Allow Call Monitoring



 
JVDI deployment guide documentation should be updated with information that additional role(s) must be added in case customer wants to utilize Selective Call recording feature.
