Description (partial)

Symptom:
A managed wireless LAN controller may fail to be provisioned after one of it's associated access points is deleted from Cisco DNA Center, and the site may also be removed from its Network Profile, citing the error, "NCWL10001 Site profile is not present."

Conditions:
This was observed in Cisco DNA Center 1.3.3.4.
