Description (partial)

Symptom:
Custom alert is generated but not mapped to the the custom folder group to manage.  If customer sets up a custom alert there is no easy way to remove custom alert.

Conditions:
Using RTMT to create custom alerts for notification

step 1: launch RTMT
step 2: navigate to system>>performance>>open performance monitoring
step 3: choose a option to monitor (I choose processor then user percentage)
step 4: right click on the counter choose alert properties
step 5: create alert
step 6: verify in Alert Central on the custom tab alert is created or not
