Description (partial)

Symptom:
If custom layout is used for Outbound dialer calls, correct layout and all the BA \ ECC variables show up on the agent desktop during the reservation call leg. But when the customer call is transfer to the agent  ECC variables is not passed (i,e  Call.userLayout variable value) resulting in the layout to move to default.

Conditions:
Finesse 11.x configured for custom layout for outbound dialer calls
