Description (partial)

Symptom:
VRF is set to zero with config change through commit replace/XML change leading to v4 ping failure or traffic loss.

Conditions:
a. Configure interface with VRF along with V4 or v6 address
b. Do a interface config change to move the interface from one VRF to another VRF through commit replace or XML change. 
c. Traffic for v4 or v6 address flowing through the interface starts getting dropped as VRF is set to '0' with config change.
