Description (partial)

Symptom:
A Nexus 7000 Series Switch may encounter a condition where, after a PIM restart, multicast routes are unable to age or be pruned.  The routes will be stuck in a Delete Pending state.  In the syslog, an MRIB error message will be seen immediately following the PIM restart notification:

2020 Jun 18 23:31:13 N7K %PIM-3-RESTART_REASON:  pim [15884]  PIM process has restarted, restart reason: graceful shutdown to preserve routes 
2020 Jun 18 23:31:13 N7K %MRIB-3-API_FAILED:  mrib [9728]  tsp_create_rwsem_lock() failed
