Description (partial)

Symptom:
If Enable IPv6 is not selected in interface configuration on FMC, NAT6 cannot be added on UI. NAT config save fails with error IPv6 is not enabled. This should not happen as IPv6 enable is used for the following:

To automatically configure the link-local address when you do not configure the global address, check the Enable IPv6 check box.
