Cisco Bug: CSCvu69272 - SCHM Fails on ~8 IPSEC terminated tunnels - eth105'. Failed to check data path health.

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Service chain Health monitoring reports Unhealthy for all the service chains. vManage notification will be shown as "'eth105'. Failed to check data path health." The first string is the name of a SRIOV interface in the linux kernel's root namespace as seen by the service_chain_health monitoring service during initialization and can be random. Conditions: Service chain health monitoring state reported as Unhealthy for all the service chains inspite of having successful end-end traffic through all the of the chains. When the service chain heath monitoring service initializes for the first time, it keeps the name of the SRIOV interfaces as seen by the linux kernel in memory. These vf interfaces are reused per pnic across service_chains for monitoring. During active usage and movement of these interfaces between namespaces, there is a possiblity the name of the interface could change when moved back to the root namespace. This causes subsequent runs to not be able to find the interface and reports as failure.
