Description (partial)

When a service is deployed on an A/A cluster, infrequently ESC can lose the ability to manage the service due to loss of the deployment resource handle. When this condition latches the following warning will surface in the ESC log (ref. yangesc.log):

2020-06-11 23:54:03.135 INFO ===== SERVICE ACTION REQUEST RECEIVED =====
2020-06-11 23:54:03.135 INFO Type: ENABLE_MONITOR
2020-06-11 23:54:03.135 INFO Tenant name: <tenant_name>
2020-06-11 23:54:03.135 INFO Deployment name: <deployment_name>
2020-06-11 23:54:03.172 WARN Aborting RPC call due to error: No resource found matching specified Deployment
name: <deployment_name> and tenant name: <tenant_name>

Note that while the service update fails, the underlying service operational state is not impacted.

The conditions that cause this behaviour to latch are currently unknown.
