Description (partial)

Symptom:
Switch intermittently returns incorrect, abnormally high values for OIDs ifHCOutOctets (1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.10) and ifHCOutMulticastPkts (1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.12) for all ports. The values are pulled every 10 seconds. This happens around once a month. The average value for ifHCOutMulticastPkts is around 300. When the issue happens ifHCOutMulticastPkts (1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.12) returns values over 3000000.

Conditions:
Issue was found Nexus 9300 and 9500 series switches running 9.2(3) and 9.2(4) releases.
