Cisco Bug: CSCvu68509 - Switch intermittently returns incorrect values for SNMP OIDs ifHCOutOctets & ifHCOutMulticastPkts

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Switch intermittently returns incorrect, abnormally high values for OIDs ifHCOutOctets (184.108.40.206.220.127.116.11.1.1.10) and ifHCOutMulticastPkts (18.104.22.168.22.214.171.124.1.1.12) for all ports. The values are pulled every 10 seconds. This happens around once a month. The average value for ifHCOutMulticastPkts is around 300. When the issue happens ifHCOutMulticastPkts (126.96.36.199.188.8.131.52.1.1.12) returns values over 3000000. Conditions: Issue was found Nexus 9300 and 9500 series switches running 9.2(3) and 9.2(4) releases.
